I work with a range of clients that present a variety of unique circumstances. However, there is a common thread, they are not reaching their full potential. During our initial meeting we will discuss your specific areas of concern as well as assess if we are the right client/therapist fit. From here, we will be able to create your personalize treatment plan and discuss how it can best work into your day-to-day life.

Rates & Insurance
Rates:
- Psychotherapy – $225/session
- Comprehensive Career Assessment and debriefing- $600
- Business Consulting – $275/hr
Insurance:
At Millman Counseling & Consulting’s Madison location, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We would be considered an “out of network” provider for most insurance plans. so we do not directly bill insurance for you. We can also accept HRA or FSA benefit plans to allow you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for mental health treatment. Please note, we do not bill insurance at our Madison location.
Debbie also provides counseling services at Winding Path Psychotherapy in Verona, WI. At this location, she is able to accept all Dean and Quartz health plans, with the exception of Medicare plans connected with these HMO’s.
Please note the cancellation policy. We ask that you provide notice within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees. Emergencies are understandable, so please reach out when an emergency prevents you from attending your scheduled appointment.
